We currently have limits on ACH transfers, check deposits, ATM withdrawals, and point of sale (POS) purchases.
ACH push limits, mailed check limits, check deposit limits, and debit card limits can all be increased to fit your business needs. You can request to increase these limits through the Novo app or web app, depending on availability.
The transaction limits on your Novo account are unique to your business. These limits can be found in the “Account Info” section of the Novo App.
Please note that deposits are subject to our account hold policies.
Domestic wire limit adjustments are not available in the app or web app at this time, but you may reach out to our support team for assistance.
