You can submit a request to increase your limits for a bank transfer, paper check, and check deposits in a few clicks. Currently, we do not offer limit changes for ACH pulls into your Novo account, daily debit card spending, or daily ATM withdrawals through the app.
In the Novo Mobile App:
- Click on the More tab
- Click on Settings (the gear icon)
- Select Transfer Limits
On the Novo website:
- Click on Account Info on the sidebar
- Scroll down the page to view Transfer Limits
- Select one Bank Transfer, Mailed Check, or Check Deposit and request a limit change
In some cases, we may be able to increase the limit for your daily debit card usage. Please reach out to our support team if your limit concern is related to your debit card.
