You can submit a request to increase your limits for bank transfers, mailed checks, check deposits, and debit card spending in just a few clicks.
Currently, we do not offer limit changes for ACH pulls into your Novo account or for daily ATM withdrawals.
To request a Debit Card spending limit increase:
- In the Novo Web App, go to:
Cards > Debit Card > Manage Spending Limits > Request a Limit Increase
- In the Novo Mobile App, go to:
More > Cards > Debit Card > Change spending limits > Request a limit increase
*Please note that only the Primary Account Holder can submit a request to increase the debit card limit.
To request other limit increases (bank transfers, mailed checks, or check deposits):
- In the Novo Mobile App:
More > Settings (gear icon) > Transfer Limits
- In the Novo Web App:
Account Info > Transfer Limits > Select Bank Transfer, Mailed Check, or Check Deposit > Request a limit change
