What happens to the data collected during the application process?

Please know that our sponsor bank, Middlesex Federal Savings, must retain all submitted applications on file for a certain period of time. This is due to a banking compliance policy our sponsor bank must adhere to. 

While we won't be able to delete data, Any information kept on file is protected by the Gramm Leach Bliley Act.
