Issue with your added payee's details?
While we currently don't offer the option to edit existing payees, you can delete the payee and add back a new payee with the correct details.
To remove your payee in the mobile app, please log in and:

head to the 'Move Money' tab,

scroll down to 'Make a Payment,'

select 'Choose your recipient,'

click the 'i' on the payee you'd like to delete, and

select the trash can in the top right corner.
To add back your payee on the mobile app:

head to the 'Move Money' tab,

scroll down to 'Make a Payment,' and
-
select 'Add Payee.'
For the payment method, you have the option to either send a check or make an electronic (ACH) transfer.
You will then fill out the external banking information and select 'Done.'
Or, to remove your payee on the web app, please log in and:

select 'Make a Payment,'
-
click 'Payee List'

select the 'i' on the payee you'd like to delete, and
-
click the trash can to delete the payee at the bottom of the panel.
To add your payee back on the web app:

select 'Make a Payment,'
-
click 'Add Payee' in the top right corner, and
-
select 'Add Payee.'
From there, you will fill out the external banking information and select 'Done.'
